Live Adult Religious Education is both a classroom and virtual interactive class held weekly from September through June at the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George in Maryland. This year’s theme has been Orthodoxy and Modernity: Experiencing the Faith in Our Place and Our Time. Specifically, in this week’s class we will explore all facets of illness, what Christ, the Great Physician of our bodies and souls, said and did when He encountered illness, and what we should do as faithful Orthodox Christians when facing illness in ourselves and others. Connect around the world with OCN.
