Radical Appropriation of the Gospel

On “Our Life in Christ and in America,” Fr. Johannes Jacobse has been a priest for twenty years. Born in Holland, he has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, an M.Div. from St. Vladimir’s Seminary, studied the Greek language at the University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and is a fellow at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs. He is married and has one daughter. He is the Director of the American Orthodox Institute, a research and education organization that is engaged in cultural issues and bringing the Orthodox moral tradition into the public square.
Bill and Fr. Hans discuss some of the most recent challenges in the public square and try to zero in on the narrow path amidst a confusing and disappointing past election cycle. Now what? Fr. Hans says “It’s time for a radical appropriation of the Gospel!”
