Coping with Life’s Struggles: Part One, Coping with Life’s Stressors

0

In this first of a three-part series on “Coping with Life’s Struggles,” Fr. Nicholas Louh shares his thoughts on how we can stress less and become more of what God wants us to be. Fr. Nicholas explores the story of the Paralytic at the Pool of Bethesda. He describes how our own stress can become, as it were, a pallet of paralysis and how God intends our healing and wholeness. As we read in Philippians 4:6-7, Don’t worry about anything, but in all your prayers, ask God for what you need, asking Him with a thankful heart. And God’s peace, which is beyond human understanding, will keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
