Navigating Our Faith During Polarized Times

0

We are pleased to announce our myOCN Community Online Gathering this coming Thursday, October 8th, at 7:00 pm EST with special guest Fr. Michael Marcantoni and Rev. Fr. Christopher Metropulos. OCN will be offering a “Let’s Talk Live” 1 hour interactive video session on Zoom with limited availability for two-way discussion. If you would like to attend, please register HERE to receive sign-in instructions.

Regardless of culture and era, politics has always been a divisive subject that presents itself both as urgent and the proposed solutions as partisan and absolute. The Gospel of Jesus Christ, however, has radically different priorities and principles. As our own times are no less polarized, how can we apply the Orthodox phronema (mindset) in order to navigate these challenges in a way that is true to our Faith. Please share with others to join.

We will also be live-streamed on our Facebook page. Join us and thousands online for prayers and discussion. Families are welcome, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
