Is It Really Possible to Pray Without Ceasing?

What is prayer? According to Paul, we are supposed to “Pray without ceasing.” How is this even possible? Jim Wellington seeks to answer these questions and more in the short video above. He speaks about standing before God with the mind in the heart. When we pray in this manner, and frequently practice the Jesus Prayer (Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner), we are enabled by God’s grace to learn what prayer is and to pray without ceasing. Watch the video above and let us know what you think.
