Ss. Peter & Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church is located in Potomac, Maryland which is just 15 miles outside of downtown Washington DC. The parish was founded as a mission in 1979 and has since grown to several hundred families that come from all over the Maryland, DC and Virginia area. We are blessed to be led by the Very Reverend Fr. Isaac Crow, Dn. Christian Manasseh, and our Pastor Emeritus the Very Reverend Fr. George Rados. The Saints Peter & Paul Church have a very diverse parish made up of Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Greek, Bulgarian, Ethiopian and Eritrean families just to name a few. Our services are primarily in English with occasional Arabic and Greek. You will hear the choir and chanters use both Byzantine and Russian music settings. We celebrate the Divine Liturgy at 10:30 AM on Sundays. Our church is known locally for our annual Bazaar held in September where we welcome the community to try all of our homemade food, shop our local vendors, and explore our church. We invite you to our website to enjoy a virtual tour of the temple and live stream our Sunday services.

In 1995, the parish whose motto has been ‘All things are possible to him who believes’ once again dedicated themselves to a new building program and purchased six acres of land at River Road, in the heart of Potomac; a new and permanent home today.

In 2009, Ss. Peter & Paul Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church in Potomac, MD was blessed to be voted Best Of Potomac 2009 Places of Worship.
