The Children’s Word: Who Will Roll Away the Stone?

Welcome to The Children’s Word, a weekly ministry of the Orthodox Christian Network brought to you by Presvytera Alexandra Houck!

This week, Presvytera Alexandra tells us about the myrrh-bearing women. Do you know who they are? They are the women who loved Jesus very much and came to His tomb to take care of His body after He died. But what did they find when they got there? And why are these women special? This week, you can also find out what happened to St. Joseph of Arimathea, the man who gave his tomb for Jesus to be buried in. There’s also a coloring page and a word search, and you can learn to say “Christ is Risen” in three different languages.
