Ingredients
You will need the following ingredients on your shopping list:
- 1 pound ground lamb (or ground beef)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch piece ginger , peeled
- 1 large onion, peeled
- fresh parsley bunch
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cucumbers peeled and cut into thin slices
- 8 oz labne yogurt
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- Juice from one lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
Kofta Kebob
