Cooking with Chef Sophia—Spiced Lamb Flatbread for Pascha

Chef Sophia Manatakis is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and a full time private chef. She has appeared on the Food Network’s “Chopped,” and was previously honored with OCN’s 30 under 30 Entrepreneurship Award.
