Register Now to join myOCN Community’s Marriage Enrichment for New Parents. Fridays, starting 11/5 at 7pm EST. IMPORTANT NOTE: Space is limited, and this class is intended for active participation by parents or soon-to-be parents seeking to strengthen their marriage. (There will be a separate opportunity to view the general resources for this class, but the live discussion portion will not be recorded and will only be available to discussion participants.)

When the blessing of children come into our lives, our roles change and expand, which can be a difficult transition for any couple. Research shows that two thirds of couples report a decline in their marriage following children—but there’s no need to despair! As Orthodox Christians, we know that children are a gift, but we need tools and understanding to keep our relationships with our children and each other healthy, and our eyes on Christ.

In this five week interactive course, we will develop skills for improving communication, navigating disagreements, reducing stress and conflict, and creating a balanced approach to parenting with an emphasis on the importance of both parents’ full participation.
