Fr. Chris Metropulos from OCN is joined by Fr. Bassam Nassif in Lebanon who witnessed the results of the damage from the Beirut explosion first hand.
Fr. Bassam Nassif is the pastor of St. Phocas parish in a village of Mount Lebanon. He is also Assistant Professor of Pastoral Theology and Marital Counseling at the St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology, University of Balamand. In addition to his teaching duties, he serves on several academic and administrative committees in the University of Balamand and at the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch. He is a member of Association of Digital Media and Pastoral Care. Fr. Bassam Nassif is married with three children.
