About: Dr. Eve (Paraskevè) Tibbs (PhD, Theology) is an Affiliate Professor of Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California She has served as Chair of the Eastern Orthodox Studies Group of the American Academy of Religion, and is currently the Ministry Lead for Christian Education in the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco. Dr. Tibbs attends Saint Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church in Irvine, CA. where she serves as the Choir Director, and Chair of the Sunday Church School Board. She and her husband, Steve, have been blessed with three daughters, three sons-in-law, and six adorable grandchildren.
